Insights
Insights is the analytics hub for Informly, showing conversation volume, AI quality, document usage, and cost across your organization.
Insights is where you see how Informly is performing across every widget, conversation, and document in your organization. It rolls up volume, quality, and cost into a single dashboard, then lets you drill into any sub-page when you need detail. Use it for weekly reporting, for sniffing out cost spikes, and for finding the conversations worth a closer look.
Go to Insights in the sidebar to open the overview.
The overview at a glance
The overview pulls a handful of high-signal numbers to the top of the page. Each card is a summary; click it to jump to the dedicated sub-page where you can filter and export.

| Conversation volume | Total chats over the selected date range. |
| Average response time | How long the AI (or an agent) takes to reply. |
| CSAT | The customer satisfaction score from per-conversation ratings. |
| Total AI cost | What you've spent on tokens, embeddings, and voice over the range. |
| Top-performing widget | The widget with the best mix of volume and rating. |
Pick a date range
The date range picker sits at the top right of every Insights page. The default is the last 30 days.
Open the picker
Click the date range button in the top right corner. Quick presets cover today, last 7 days, last 30 days, last quarter, and year to date.
Or pick a custom range
Choose Custom and select a start and end date. The whole page reloads against the new range.
Compare to a prior period
Most cards show a delta against the previous range of the same length, so you can see week-over-week or month-over-month movement at a glance.
The date range you pick on the overview carries over when you click into a sub-page, so you don't have to reset it every time.
Sub-pages
Each sub-page focuses on one slice of the data.
Conversations
Volume, length, resolution, handoff rate, and response time over time.
Widgets
Per-widget breakdown, top questions, and head-to-head comparison.
Documents
Most-referenced and least-useful documents in your knowledge base.
Feedback
Rating distribution, CSAT, NPS, sentiment, and verbatim comments.
Cost
Spend by feature, widget, and project, with day-over-day deltas.
AI usage
Token usage by model, feature, and record (document, project, conversation).
A weekly review in five minutes
Most teams use Insights for a short weekly review. Here's a workflow that works.
Set the range to the last 7 days
Use the Last 7 days preset so deltas compare this week to last week.
Glance at the overview
Note any card with a big delta — that's where to look next.
Open the relevant sub-page
If CSAT dropped, open Feedback and read the new low-rated comments. If cost jumped, open Cost and find the widget driving it.
Act on one thing
Pick a single follow-up — a document to write, a widget persona to tighten, a skill to attach.
