Organization settings
Edit your organization's name, description, logo, website, and brand colors, and manage the destructive actions available only to the owner.
The organization settings page is where you control how your Informly workspace identifies itself — to your team in the admin UI, and to your customers in any public-facing surfaces like the widget preview page. It's also where the owner goes to perform irreversible actions like deleting the organization.
Go to Organization → Settings to open the page. The fields you can edit depend on your role; see Roles and permissions for the full breakdown.
Basic details
The top section covers the organization's identity:

Edits save when you click Save changes at the bottom of the section.
Branding
The Branding section sets the colors Informly uses in customer-facing places — most visibly the public preview page for each widget and the headers on emails Informly sends on your behalf.
Pick the primary color
The primary color drives buttons, links, and the brand band on customer-facing pages. Use a color picker or paste a hex code.
Pick an accent color
The accent color is used for secondary highlights — badges, hover states, and small flourishes. Pick something that pairs visibly with the primary.
Preview and save
The preview pane on the right shows a sample customer-facing surface with your colors applied. When it looks right, click Save changes.
Branding here is separate from the per-widget theme on widget appearance. The org branding is your default — anything you set on an individual widget overrides it for that widget only.
Single sign-on
If your plan includes SSO, the SSO section lets you connect an identity provider so your team can sign in with your existing accounts. The exact options here depend on your provider; talk to your account contact to enable SSO on your org.
Danger zone
The bottom of the settings page has the destructive actions — only the org owner sees them.
Delete organization
Click Delete organization to permanently remove the org from Informly.
Deleting an organization is irreversible. It removes every project, widget, document, conversation, and contact in the org, and cancels any active subscription. Teammates lose access immediately. Export anything you want to keep before clicking the button.
To confirm the delete, type the org name into the confirmation box. There's a final review screen listing what will be removed before the delete actually runs.
Who can edit what
A quick reference — see Roles and permissions for the full table:
- Owner edits everything on this page, including the danger zone.
- Admin edits name, description, logo, website, and branding. Cannot delete the org.
- Editor sees the page but can't change anything.
- Viewer can't open the page.

A notification channel is an organization-wide outbound destination — Slack, Discord, or email — that Informly uses to alert your team about events worth knowing about.
Switching organizations
Your Informly account can belong to multiple organizations, and you can move between them at any time from the organization switcher.
