CRM overview

The Informly CRM keeps your accounts, deals, contacts, and follow-ups in one place so your sales and success teams work from the same data as your support team.

The Informly CRM is where you track the companies you sell to, the deals in flight, and the work your team owes each customer. It sits next to your conversations, documents, and widgets, so everything a teammate needs to talk to a customer is one click away.

The CRM is a feature on selected Informly plans. If you don't see CRM in your sidebar, check your plan at Billing → Plans.

What you get

The CRM sidebar has the following sections:

SectionWhat it's for
DashboardA snapshot of accounts, deals, tasks, and pipeline health.
AccountsCompanies and organizations you work with.
DealsRevenue opportunities tied to an account.
TasksTo-dos assigned to teammates.

Contacts live inside their account record, alongside related deals, tasks, and notes.

The dashboard

Go to CRM → Dashboard for a one-screen view of what's happening across the CRM. The dashboard shows totals for accounts, deals, and open tasks, plus a pipeline overview that breaks deals down by stage so you can see where revenue is sitting.

The dashboard reflects every record you can see based on your role. If you only own a subset of accounts, the numbers on your dashboard reflect that subset.

How the pieces fit together

An account is a company. Inside an account you'll find contacts (the people you talk to), deals (the opportunities you're working), tasks (your follow-ups), and notes (your team's running commentary). Workflows, lead scoring, reports, and the audit log all draw on this same data.

If you're new to the CRM, start with accounts and deals — those are the records you'll touch every day.
