Plans
Informly plans bundle documents, widgets, conversations, and AI usage at a fixed monthly or annual price, with custom pricing for larger teams.
Informly plans set the baseline of what your organization can do — how many documents you can ingest, how many widgets you can run, how many conversations you can handle each month, and how much AI usage is included before on-demand charges kick in. Go to Billing → Plan to see your current plan and compare it against others.
Feature matrix
Every plan exposes the same set of dimensions; what changes is the number behind each one.
| Dimension | What it means |
|---|---|
| Documents quota | The total documents you can keep in your knowledge base. |
| Widget count | The number of widgets you can have active at once. |
| Conversation cap | Monthly chat and voice conversations included. |
| Included CRM | Whether the CRM is on the plan and how many records it holds. |
| Included voice | Whether voice agents are enabled and how many minutes are included. |
| Support level | Email, priority email, or dedicated support. |
The exact numbers per plan show on the public pricing page and on Billing → Plan when you're signed in.
Monthly vs. annual
Annual plans get a 20% discount over the monthly equivalent. Pick the cadence that matches your budgeting cycle.
Charged every month on the day you signed up. Easy to cancel; easy to switch plans without committing to a year. Costs more per month than annual.
Charged once a year, with a built-in 20% discount over the same plan billed monthly. Best when you've validated Informly fits your team and you want to lock in the lower rate.
You can switch from monthly to annual at any time — the discount applies immediately. See Upgrade or downgrade.
Enterprise
Larger organizations with custom requirements — higher quotas, single sign-on, custom data residency, a procurement contract — should reach out for custom pricing. Contact Informly sales through the Talk to sales link on the pricing page or from your Billing → Plan page.
If you're not sure whether you need an enterprise plan, you probably don't yet. Start on a standard plan, let usage data accumulate in Insights, and revisit when you have real numbers.
