Create your Informly account, verify your email, and turn on two-factor authentication.
You sign up for Informly with an email address and a password. There's no credit card required — your fourteen-day trial starts after you finish onboarding.
Create your account
Open the sign-up page
Go to the Informly homepage and click Sign up in the top-right corner, or go straight to /register.
Fill in your details
Enter your full name, email, and a password. You'll also pick the country you're in. Informly uses your country for currency formatting on invoices and for routing to the nearest data region.
Submit and verify
After you submit the form, Informly sends a verification email. Click the link in that email to confirm your address. You can't ingest documents or invite teammates until your email is verified.
Sign in with two-factor authentication
If you've already turned on 2FA on your account (see Password & two-factor), you'll see a six-digit code challenge after entering your password.
If you lose access to your authenticator app, contact your organization owner. They can reset 2FA from the team page.
Accepting an invitation instead
If a teammate has invited you to an existing Informly organization, you'll get an email with an invitation link. Open it and:
- If you don't have an Informly account, you'll be prompted to create one and join the organization in a single step.
- If you do have an account, you'll log in and the organization will be added to your account. Switch into it from the organization switcher.
Invited users skip parts of the onboarding flow because their organization already exists.
