Stripe portal

Manage your card, invoices, receipts, and subscription cancellation through the secure Stripe billing portal linked from Informly.

Informly uses Stripe to process payments, and Stripe provides a secure portal for everything related to your card and your invoices. Go to Billing → Manage in Stripe to open it. Use the portal to update your payment method, download invoices, view past receipts, and cancel your subscription if you need to.

Opening the portal

Go to Billing

Open Billing from the sidebar.

Click Manage in Stripe

The button opens a Stripe-hosted page in a new tab. You're already authenticated to it through Informly — no separate login.

Make your changes

Card, invoices, receipts, and cancellation are all in one place. Changes save immediately and are reflected in Informly on the next page load.

The Stripe portal is hosted by Stripe, not by Informly. The URL changes to a stripe.com domain when you open it. That's expected.

What you can do

The portal handles the parts of billing that are pure financial operations.

Action	What it does
Update payment method	Replace the card on file. Used immediately for the next charge.
Download invoices	PDF invoice for any past charge.
View receipts	Receipt for any charge that's already been processed.
Cancel subscription	End your subscription at the end of the current billing period.

For anything tied to plan structure — picking a different plan, changing monthly vs. annual — stay in Informly and see Upgrade or downgrade.

Cancelling your subscription

Cancellation through the portal is a soft cancel: your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period, and you don't get charged again.

Open the portal

Go to Billing → Manage in Stripe.

Click Cancel subscription

Confirm the cancellation. Stripe sends a confirmation email.

Use Informly until the end of the period

You keep full access through your paid-up date.

Read-only after that

Once the period ends, your organization moves to read-only access. See Usage limits for the exact behavior.

Cancellation doesn't delete your data. It pauses billing and access. If you come back later, your documents, widgets, and conversation history are still there — re-add a card to resume.

Invoices and receipts

Stripe emails an invoice every time you're charged. The Stripe portal is the place to go when you need a historical receipt — for an expense report, an accounting tool, or a finance review.
